Credit cards

We accept the following credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using a credit card for purchases. Incorrect or invalid payments or payment information will delay your order process. Your credit card will be billed before the shipment of your order.

Money orders, cashier checks, company checks, and personal checks

We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, company checks, or personal checks.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of and order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Cabinetfy has the right at any time after the receipt of your order to decline or accept your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you inquired about.

Cabinetfy reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Out-of-stock items

Cabinetfy will ship your out-of-stock items once they come back in stock. Usually Products products ship out in 7 days and are received in 1-6 days after the shipping date. We will keep you updated with any items in your order that are out of stock or unavailable.

Returns, cancellations, and damage claims

Cabinetfy will gladly replace products that are defective due to defects to manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of receipt. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect or missing products to you will be accepted 5 days from the time of receipt.

Do not refuse any shipments upon delivery. Damaged products due to shipping are to be sent to Cabinetfy@gmail.com, the shipping service is not responsible for the damage. Any products that are visibly damaged need to be acknowledged and sent to Cabinetfy@gmail.com to get and replacement within 10 days of receiving the items. Please take pictures of the pallet before unloading and pictures of any other damage noticed. Pictures are required to get a replacement, they can be sent to Cabinetfy@gmail.com. Any products with visible damage at the time of receipt need to be noted on the BOL (bill of lading) and signed by the driver who will issue an exception number.

All sales are final. Checkout requirements state that the customer must review their order before placement and understand that Cabinetfy is not held responsible for misordered cabinets/accessories. Cancellation of orders will be subject to a 10% restocking/processing fee. Cancellation of orders after the order has shipped is subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus the cost of freight to return the item(s) to the warehouse.

Assembled and or modified cabinets cannot be returned, no returns, all sales are final.

Shipping Policy

Processing usually takes around 24 hours. Orders are processed in which they are received. Shipping may take 7 days. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider and shipping time given to you by Cabinetfy and other shipping companies is just an estimated delivery date. We encourage you to order in the timely fashion that works well with your schedule, due to shipping delays or product availability.

Shipments will arrive via pallet and semi-trailer. The Driver is only responsible for lowering the pallet to the ground at the curb for residential delivery service. It’s our customer’s responsibility to move the packages where they would like. Cabinetfy is not responsible for any injuries due to moving our products. Shipping companies will not unload the pallet for the customer, Cabinetfy suggests removing shrink wrap first and then moving each box separately.

No changes can be made to the shipment address or type after an order has been placed. PLEASE VERIFY THE DELIVERY ADDRESS UPON ORDERING. A business located in a residential area is considered residential. Cabinetfy is not responsible for missed appointments/deliveries and is not liable for any costs due to these delays. Please contact the shipping company for any shipping issues regarding delay. Cabinetfy uses all third-party shipping vendors, again using them for shipping delivery/delay contact.

Taxes

Cabinetfy automatically collects sales taxes upon order.

Typographical Errors

In an event where there is an incorrect price or information due to a typographical error, Cabinetfy reserves the right to change the error and cancel/change any orders where the error took place. If an order goes through and your credit card is charged, Cabinetfy will cancel the order and return the amount in full.
